Procedure for Mould Remediation & Fogging

• Mould testing is the first step to the procedure which is done by a reputable & professional company. Our lab will submit a full report for each home that is remediated once full procedure is completed.

The PPE required

• Respirator, safety glasses, gloves, hooded coveralls & rubber boots.

Fogging

• All homes will be fogged to eliminate airborne particles to protect anyone entering the home until remediation is complete.
• Fogger is used to kill airborne bacteria such as mould particles with an echo friendly product.

The product we use is safe to anyone in the environment. It is created through an electricity process.

Mould remediation

• The entrance of area will be blocked off during the entire process and our lab will do a pre-test.
• Remediation starts with spraying of mould removing product on the entire affected area. No one is allowed in the affected area unless completely suited up with the proper PPE.
• All personnel must leave the premises for an hour after area is sprayed.
• Upon returning the cleaning process starts to all affected areas. Once remediation is complete and no longer dangerous, a sign will be posted for re-entry time.
• Our lab will now do their posttest of the treated area & give a full report to us at A Restoration Touch Ltd and the client upon request.
