"Super good to deal with"
Super good to deal with from my experience. Very friendly. I was let know the status of my vehicle throughout my insurance claim, they kept in contact to let me know what was happening. Car was nicely detailed when I went to retrieve the vehicle and was satisfied with the repairs.
"Went over and above"
Called shop to see if they could help me out with my gf's MPI claim but they couldn't fit her in due to them being backed up. The owner still went out of his way to help her out and find another shop even though he's busy. Appreciate his efforts and genuine want to help, a rare quality these days.
"Would recommend for redent remediation"
MPI's new "process" makes rodent remediation SO much simpler and more sensible (eliminates towing and wasted wait-time).
After opening an MPI claim and receiving the go-ahead to begin the "process", I made an appointment with A Restoration and took my car in for assessment (which took about :30). Merv submitted the claim to MPI, and the next day, got the OK to proceed. Parts were ordered, Merv called and I took my car back. I was told it would be repaired in 2 - 3 days - which it was.
The staff at A Restoration were all pleasant and professional, work was completed quickly and my car was returned cleaner than it would from the Chamois car wash.
NOTE: Damage to my vehicle was limited to insulation under the hood; interior damage, chewed wires etc would no doubt lead to longer repair-time (i.e. time without your car).
Overall, my experience was great and i would definitely recommend "A Restoration Touch" for rodent remediation.
